Privacy Policy
Last updated September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bragden LLC ("Bragden", "we", "us" or "our") collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or contact us. We collect as little as we need and we do not sell personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, company name, area of interest and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. As part of delivering and securing the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and request logs. We may also use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited. These analytics do not identify individual visitors.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device. If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled on the contact form, it may process limited technical signals to distinguish people from bots.
2. How we use information
- to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work together;
- to operate, secure and improve the website;
- to prevent spam and abuse;
- to comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running a secure website, or on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
3. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, including:
- Cloudflare for hosting, security and spam protection;
- our email delivery provider, which forwards contact form submissions to our inbox;
- our email and productivity providers, which store correspondence.
These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. If Bragden LLC is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing engagement.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, emailhello@bragden.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Children
Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
10. Contact
